Our Google Ads success guarantee
Detailed terms and conditions
As we take this guarantee very seriously, it only applies under clearly defined conditions:
1. Scope of services
Complete support
We take care of the complete setup of your Google Ads campaign and the associated landing page(s) and manage both ourselves. This is the only way we can adjust all relevant parameters for maximum performance.
Implementation of our recommendations
All recommendations that have a direct influence on the acquisition process or the probability of an enquiry must be implemented by us in full, without objection and without deviation. Implementation by third parties or independent changes by the customer are excluded.
Success tracking
Detailed conversion tracking is mandatory. We use Matomo as a GDPR-compliant, cookie-free tracking solution to collect as much data as possible. This is the only way to record and evaluate results in a comprehensible manner.
2. Minimum requirements
Advertising budget
The monthly Google Ads budget must be at least $700. This budget is expressly not part of the money-back guarantee and will be billed directly between you and Google.
Click volume
Within the first three months after the campaign launch, at least 300 qualified clicks must be achieved.
Access data and technical requirements
We require full access to the Google Ads account, the Matomo dashboard and, if specified on the landing page, the email address to which inquiries are sent.
In addition, the landing page must be hosted on a subdomain of your own domain. For this purpose, we must be provided with access to the web space or domain management.
3. Offer & approval
Guarantee commitment in the offer
The money-back guarantee only applies if it is expressly stated in the approved offer. We reserve the right not to offer the guarantee in projects that we consider unlikely to succeed.
4. Definition: When is a campaign considered successful?
A campaign is considered successful if at least one of the following occurs:
- A call is triggered via the Google ad (if call tracking is active)
- A form on the landing page is successfully submitted (e.g., inquiry, order)
- An email is sent to the campaign address
The following will not be counted:
- Obvious spam inquiries
- Test inquiries for functional testing
We accept no responsibility if qualified inquiries are overlooked by the customer or accidentally classified as spam.
5. Reasons for exclusion
- The warranty claim expires if the customer makes changes to the campaign or the landing page without our consent.
- Delays in approvals, feedback, or implementation of recommendations that exceed three business days are considered a lack of cooperation and will result in the warranty becoming void.
- The Google Ads advertising budget invested is expressly excluded from the warranty.
- Events beyond our control (e.g., Google system failures, hacker attacks, account suspensions, force majeure) temporarily suspend the guarantee.
6. Procedure in the event of a guarantee claim
- Automatic performance check
Three months after the start of the campaign, we independently check whether all requirements have been met and whether the agreed success conditions have been fulfilled. - Refund
If the guarantee is fulfilled, we will proactively inform you and refund the payments you have made for setup and support within 14 days. The Google Ads budget used remains unaffected.
7. Fairness through mutual responsibility
This guarantee does not replace active cooperation. Your quick cooperation, prompt approvals, and constructive feedback are just as important as our expertise for smooth implementation. With clear deadlines and defined processes, we create transparency, predictability, and security for both sides.
